This Agreement governs your access to and use of the scatterwin platform. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using scatterwin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold only one scatterwin account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name.

By accessing the scatterwin Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any amendments published by scatterwin from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the scatterwin Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by scatterwin. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
The scatterwin Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. scatterwin makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines. Persons who have been self-excluded, voluntarily or involuntarily, from any gaming platform or facility are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on scatterwin.
The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or using the scatterwin Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of scatterwin or its affiliates; (c) persons who have been permanently excluded from the Platform; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the scatterwin Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. scatterwin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scatterwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. scatterwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify scatterwin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
scatterwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
scatterwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) transactions: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. scatterwin does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. scatterwin reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources.
All transactions on the scatterwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). scatterwin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts as part of scatterwin's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. scatterwin will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of scatterwin's compliance team.
scatterwin endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to scatterwin's internal review procedures. scatterwin reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or fraud review.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
scatterwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of this Agreement. In the event that a breach is confirmed, scatterwin may forfeit some or all of the funds held in the Account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by scatterwin are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. scatterwin reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
scatterwin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
scatterwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and scatterwin reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
All games on the scatterwin Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by scatterwin's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, scatterwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager to the player's Account. scatterwin's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in this Agreement.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform and are displayed within each game interface. scatterwin reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual Accounts at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the scatterwin Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
scatterwin reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if scatterwin reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting scatterwin's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon Account closure, all pending Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements will be voided. scatterwin's obligations to you in respect of any forfeited Bonus Funds shall be extinguished upon closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scatterwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
scatterwin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
scatterwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
scatterwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
scatterwin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and scatterwin cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the scatterwin Platform, you should first contact scatterwin's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. scatterwin will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
scatterwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, scatterwin will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
